He founded the practice to give patients the time, access, and continuity that conventional care so rarely allows.

No. We welcome both physician referrals and patients reaching out on their own behalf. When you request a consultation, you can simply tell us which applies.

We focus on kidney health across its full arc, from prevention and early changes to the ongoing management of chronic kidney conditions, along with the closely related cardiovascular and metabolic factors that influence it. Specifics are best discussed during an introductory conversation.

New members are typically welcomed without the long waits common elsewhere. We'll confirm timing during your consultation.

Yes. We remain in Medicare and in-network with many insurance plans. Membership is a separate subscription for the additional time, access, and coordination the practice provides.
